As Promised.....Hallie "update"

Well, the update is...........that there is no update :( My regular doctor had been called out on a delivery so I saw a different doc than I usually do. She did check me (but seemed to have a hard time doing it) and said I was "about the same" as last week. So I'm still a little over 2cm and about 50% effaced. Ughh. My doc has told me numerous times not to base too much on all this....that you can be zero centimeters and still have a baby the next day. Still, I was kind of bummed!

On a positive note, when this doc measured my tummy she said that even though I was measuring a little ahead that Hallie didn't feel like a big baby in there. She said that since I was carrying so much out in front (basketball belly) it was probably making me measure big.

Ben and I are headed out for a little after Christmas shopping today and I'm hoping to walk until this baby comes out (or until Ben needs a nap). :) I know I'm supposed to have 2 weeks left but I'm so excited for her to get here!
