After getting the okay from my doctor and Hallie's pediatrician, we are at home and getting settled in. Hallie is slightly jaundiced but they said it wasn't enough for us to have to stop back for additional checks and that it should resolve itself over the next few days. As is typical, she lost a little bit of weight since birth and now weighs 8 pounds 4 ounces. I'm sure that it will come back in no time once she really gets to eating though! I guess its a good thing that I left the tags on a lot of the newborn clothing we have!
Hallie has been sleeping for most of the day so its is probably going to be another long night tonight. It has been nice to give Ben a chance to get used to having her around while we can still pay him a lot of attention though, so I think its for the best! He seems to like her pretty well so far and is very gentle and sweet to her. Hopefully this lasts once he realizes that she is never, ever going away! :)I was able to get a bunch of pictures from the hospital uploaded to my Picasa web album and also uploaded a few from at home today.
