November is here!

I can hardly believe it's already November. At this time last year, I was eagerly counting down the last months of my pregnancy and looking forward to Thanksgiving when I wouldn't be the only one trying to eat my weight in food. It's crazy that Hallie will be a 1 year old at the end of next month. I know I've said it before, but seriously, where does the time go?

I am suffering from a pretty bad case of Christmas fever this year. I don't know if its Ben's excitement rubbing off on me or maybe its because I now have two kiddos to shop for (twice the fun!) or maybe I'm just bored. Either way, I have already started shopping and wrapping and I can't wait until after Thanksgiving when decorating is no longer considered wrong/crazy!

We had a few fun things last week that I wanted to share. First up, we visited my cousin Jena, her boyfriend Evan and their new baby boy James. He is two months old and I was glad we could finally get over there to see him. Mom, dad and baby all seemed to be doing well and not too sleep deprived. Jena says he is a really good baby which must run in the family! He is so super cute and it was fun to hold a baby that small again. Even though I still think of Hallie as a baby, my back seems to disagree! :)

Also last week, it was Grandparents day at Ben's Preschool. Janet, Art and Great Grandma Jean were all nice enough to go and spend the afternoon with him. I'm not sure, but I am guessing he had the most Grandparents in attendance. I tried to pick Ben up early enough to snap a few pictures of all of them together, but just missed Art and Grandma Jean. Janet said she took some pics that day, so there may be a few more coming later!

That's about all. I just wanted to get in a little post so that I didn't get super behind again like I did last month!
