Christmas stuff already and some random cuteness

Ben had a special day at Preschool today. His class got a visit from two of Santa's reindeer! The kids got to get up really close and even pet them. Ben is really getting into the whole Santa thing this year so he was pretty excited. Here's a pic I snapped before class today.

The reindeer visit wasn't the only early start to the Christmas season around our house. Hallie got one of her Christmas presents yesterday. I figure she will have plenty to play with on Christmas and since she could use some new entertainment right now, it wouldn't hurt to let her have one of the things we bought for her. Its a Singing Superstar Stage....which is basically a mirror with lights and music. Hallie LOVES to look at herself in the mirror so I knew she would like it. :) She also likes to dance (which for her means bouncing and waving her arms) to the music, its so cute!

Speaking of cuteness, here are a few other pics from the past two weeks. The one on the right is Jeff doing "two kiddos". That's what Ben calls it when we lift both him and Hallie at the same time. Jeff is a pro at it, but I don't last very long. That about 55 pounds worth of kids to lift!! The one next to that is Ben goofing around at the Disney store. He has been watching Peter Pan lately so he thought seeing the crocodile was pretty cool! In the pic of Hallie in the red pjs, you can see that she now has just enough hair to get a bow in there and has also finally mastered the sippy cup! And the last pic is Ben wearing daddy's boots (on the wrong feet) - too cute not to share.
